Mel Buckholtz
Internationally recognized trainer of medical and mental health care practitioners, artistic performers, inventors, and athletes, Mel Buckholtz is a psychotherapist specializing in hypnotherapy. He is founder and director of the Stillness Institute, and he maintains a private counseling practice. Buckholtz was personally trained by Milton Erickson, the foremost practitioner of clinical hypnosis of the last century.
On this show Mel Buckholtz talks about how sensitive use of hypnotic states allows us to bypass our analytical minds and get in touch with our inner wisdom. Hypnotic techniques can be used to enable us to access and retain states of mind or feelings associated with peak performances. We can reincorporate our minds into our bodies, reawaken our dormant aesthetic imagination, and revitalize our lives.
